The National Alliance for Care at Home (the Alliance) is the unified voice for providers delivering high-quality, person-centered healthcare to millions of individuals, wherever they call home.

The Alliance is dedicated to advancing policies that support care in the home for millions of Americans at all stages of life, individuals with disabilities, persons with both chronic and serious illnesses as well as dying Americans who depend on those supports. The Alliance exists to support and represent our members.

As a member-driven organization, our mission and vision are achieved through serving and following the guidance of our members, always placing their needs first.

At the Alliance, we envision an America where everyone has access to the highest quality, person-centered healthcare wherever they call home. Staying informed and taking action on key policies that impact patients and providers is vital to this effort. We need your help in advocating for care at the home.

Hospice

The Alliance urges Congress to pass the CONNECT for Health Act to preserve and expand telehealth flexibilities for Medicare beneficiaries.

Home Health

Protect access to the Medicare Home Health benefit by engaging your lawmaker on the need to push back on any additional program cuts.

Medicaid HCBS

Protect Medicaid Homecare from legislation that would cut access to Medicaid HCBS or restrict eligibility for those who rely on these vital services.
