Workforce
About
As the unified voice of providers caring for Americans in the home, the Alliance is advocating for policy that supports a robust workforce to care for America’s growing aging population.
A robust care at home workforce is essential to meeting the increasing demand for in-home care services as the population ages. Policy makers must prioritize programs providing for education, grants, pilot programs, and other workforce initiatives to strengthen caregiving. Likewise, stable and predictable reimbursement rates allow home care agencies to offer competitive wages, provide necessary training, and invest in caregiver well-being.
