Welcome to the National Alliance for Care at Home Foundation, the official philanthropy organization for the National Alliance for Care at Home. As we are integrating operations of NAHC and NHPCO into the Alliance, we are committed to gathering member input to shape the future work of the Foundation. In the meantime, we are continuing and expanding legacy programs of the National Hospice Foundation (the Foundation arm of legacy NHPCO) such as the Emergency Workforce Support Fund to assist care at home workers in the wake of natural disasters and other emergencies, and the Lighthouse of Hope Fund to help make dreams come true for those nearing the end of life.
