The Foundation is supervised by the Alliance Board of Directors, a group of experienced leaders who guide the organization in support of its mission.

The Foundation’s work is guided by two Board subcommittees, the National Alliance for Care at Home Annual Fund Advisory Committee and the National Alliance for Care at Home Grant Advisory Committee, which provide oversight of fundraising priorities, grantmaking strategy, and the responsible stewardship of Foundation resources.

The Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 organization as designated by the Internal Revenue Service. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
