The National Alliance for Care at Home Foundation advances care at home through programs that support education, innovation, preparedness, and direct assistance to care professionals and the individuals and families they serve.

Together, these efforts reflect the Foundation’s commitment to strengthening the workforce, expanding access to care, and elevating quality across the home‑based care continuum.

The following programs highlight key areas of impact. All gifts to the Foundation are provided as unrestricted support, allowing resources to be directed where they are most needed to advance care at home.

Make an Impact

Your support advances education, research, innovation, and workforce development across care at home.

A young pediatric hospice patient had one wish—to celebrate her birthday with joyful experiences alongside her family. With support from Lighthouse of Hope, her family was able to rent a wheelchair-accessible van, enabling meaningful outings over several weekends. “The mom has been brought to tears and is beyond grateful for this experience.”
