The Alliance offers eight membership categories:

Allied Membership

For academia, think tanks, retired individuals, research institutes, and other non-profit associations with an interest to support and stay informed of the care at home community.

Business Partner Membership

For businesses and consultants providing business solutions and services to care at home providers.

HHFMA Membership

Home Health and Hospice Financial Managers Association individual membership (prerequisite organization membership).

Palliative Care Provider Membership

Providers who solely provide palliative care services.

Home Care Membership

Providers who solely provide private duty or non-clinical home care.

Provider Membership

For home health care, hospice care, Medicaid HCBS, and pediatric care providers.

State Association Membership

State and regional membership-based associations.
