The Alliance is a member-driven organization with engagement available at every level.

The Alliance offers five membership categories:
Provider Membership
Home health, hospice, home care, palliative care, and home and community based services providers
Business Partner Membership
For commercial organizations that offer items, services, and other supports to care at home providers and their patients
State Association Membership
State organizations that represent Provider Members and providers that would be eligible to become Provider Members of the Alliance
Allied Membership
Non-commercial organizations, such as professional and consumer organizations, that are supportive of care at home and the mission, vision, and standards of the Alliance
Professional Membership
Individual providers or professionals who are not members of any of the organizations identified in the Alliance’s other member types
HHFMA Member Benefit
HHFMA benefits are available to professionals for an additional $150 per person. Your organization must be an active member of the Alliance to join HHFMA.
