Provider Member Dues

Provider Member dues are based on the member’s Net Patient Service Revenue (NPSR) for care provided in the care-at-home community, as well as some care provided in facilities such as palliative care, respite care, and general inpatient hospice care.

NPSR is reported as net realizable amounts from patients, third party payors and others for services rendered in the home or community setting. For the purpose of calculating dues, members should use the NPSR from their most recently completed financials.

Why Revenue? Revenue is the best method for evenly assessing dues for members providing many different types of care at home. Other metrics such as patient count, census, or staff size are not as comparable across provider types. Read about the 2025 Dues Phase-in.
