Caring for Veterans
Caring for Veterans is the Alliance’s initiative dedicated to advancing high-quality, veteran-centered care across all care settings. The We Honor Veterans recognition program is just one of the ways the Alliance supports organizations in putting that commitment into practice.
Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program connects members across hospice, palliative, and home care through meaningful peer support that builds confidence, strengthens leadership, and fosters professional growth at every stage of the career journey.
Survey Resources
The Alliance provides members access to survey instruments and data dashboards for organizational benchmarking and tracking quality & performance. Current offerings are below.
- Measures of Excellence(MOE) – Tracking quality in hospice care and patient safety
- Evaluation of Grief Support Services (EGSS) – Monitoring and collecting feedback on grief support services
- Survey of Team Attitudes & Relationships (STAR) – Effective January 7, 2026, the STAR survey is no longer available for implementation. Please contact star@allianceforcareathome.org with any questions.
