The Lighthouse of Hope program provides meaningful support to individuals receiving hospice care by helping create moments of comfort, connection, and dignity. Through the generosity supporters and the partnership of Alliance member organizations, the Foundation helps make experiences possible during an incredibly vulnerable time for patients and families.

Who the Program Serves

Lighthouse of Hope supports hospice patients and their families through Alliance member organizations. Requests are rooted in the unique needs, values, and wishes of each individual and family.

What Lighthouse of Hope Can Support

Support may be requested for experiences or needs that create meaningful moments for patients and families, consistent with program guidelines. Each request is considered with compassion and care, recognizing that no two journeys are the same.
