Home health (Cascade County, Montana) provides short-term skilled nursing care or therapy that is ordered by your doctor. It’s for people recovering from an illness, injury or surgery who are unable to leave their home to receive nursing care or therapy, or who find it too taxing an effort to leave home.

Personal Care (north central and southwest Montana) provides help with everyday activities and enables people to continue living safely at home. We assist with things such as bathing, housekeeping, cooking, shopping and errands, and respite care. Personal Care is available on weekends and evenings across 15 counties in Central Montana.

Private duty nursing (Cascade County, Montana) provides long-term, hourly nursing care ordered by your doctor. It’s designed for adults living with a chronic illness, injury, or disability.

Adult Day services in Great Falls, Montana provides social and recreational activities for adults who may need supervision while family members are at work.
