RiverStone Health Home Care & Hospice Services

RiverStone Health is a governmental (non Federal) multi-jurisdictional health service district located in Billings, Montana. RiverStone Health provides a variety of healthcare services such as dental care, primary care, preventive care, home health care and hospice services. For those services we do not provide, we connect people to the services they need, helping to ensure access to our community healthcare system. As our community has evolved and changed, so have the demands and challenges on our local healthcare system. For over thirty years, RiverStone Health has left its imprint on the community by identifying challenges and pioneering new services and programs to meet community needs. More specifically, we focus on home-based services – hospice, private duty nursing and home healthcare. We are a quality based organization and maintain the prestigious Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) for both our Home Care and Hospice Services. Our Mission is simple: ‘To Improve Life, Health, and Safety.’ Our Vision is ‘Believing in our Power of Vision to identify health needs in our communities and find ways to meet those needs.’ Our Values are steadfast in Stewardship, Excellence, Respect, Vision, Integrity, Customer-Focused, and Enthusiasm. Our community efforts are strengthened and built with solid and long standing relationships with regional healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics.
