The National Alliance for Care at Home Foundation is the official philanthropic arm of the National Alliance for Care at Home.
The National Hospice Foundation is now a part of the National Alliance for Care at Home Foundation (the Foundation), which continues to carry out its important mission with an expanded focus on programs and supports across the care at home continuum.
As the Foundation continues to grow and evolve, we are committed to gathering member input to help shape our future work.
Key initiatives include the Emergency Workforce Support Fund, which provides assistance to care at home workers impacted by natural disasters and other emergencies, and the Lighthouse of Hope Fund, which helps fulfill meaningful wishes for individuals nearing the end of life.
The Foundation also supports the development of resources for individuals and their families receiving care at home, raising awareness of and increasing access to home care and hospice, and provides ongoing professional development to the care at home workforce.
