The National Hospice Foundation is the official philanthropic arm of the National Alliance for Care at Home.
We are committed to gathering member input to help shape the future work of the Foundation. As part of this commitment, we are continuing and expanding key initiatives—such as the Emergency Workforce Support Fund, which provides assistance to care-at-home workers impacted by natural disasters and other emergencies, and the Lighthouse of Hope Fund, which helps fulfill meaningful wishes for individuals nearing the end of life.
