Patrick M. Harrison is the Vice President of Managed Care & Innovation Policy at the National Alliance for Care at Home, with over 15 years in the healthcare field focusing on policy, regulation, and advocacy. He serves as the association’s lead on Medicare Advantage and value-based care policy, and works across service lines to advance policy priorities.

Harrison previously served as health policy director at a health policy and reimbursement consulting firm, where he oversaw the firm’s health services division for clients generating billions in annual revenue and provided strategic guidance on regulatory, compliance, and reimbursement issues. Prior to his consulting role, Harrison served as senior director of post-acute care with the Healthcare Association of Hawaii, where he provided leadership to drive strategic plans for the association’s home health, hospice, and other post-acute care members. He also worked in various roles at a skilled nursing facility, where he managed legislative and regulatory initiatives and engaged extensively with clinicians, residents, and families to improve care coordination and outcomes.
