Chief Executive Officer

With nearly 25 years of experience, Jennifer Sheets’ career spans from ICU nurse to hospital President and CEO, and to senior leadership roles in home healthcare, hospice, and healthcare technology.

Sherl Brand, RN, BSN
Chief Operating Officer

Serving as Chief Operating Officer during the first year of the Alliance meant that Sherl was on the frontlines of building and directing an organization geared at uniting the entire care at home continuum. With a breadth of experience in the home care space, including with a background as an RN, BSN, Sherl is exemplary at utilizing her skill and expertise in the field to advocate on behalf of the entire profession.

Scott Levy, JD
Chief Government Affairs Officer

Scott joins the Alliance as its first Chief Government Affairs Officer. Scott’s career is marked by notable achievements and experiences in the public and private sectors. He most recently served as Chief Government Affairs Officer at Amedisys, one of the nation’s largest at-home healthcare providers.

Calvin McDaniel
Chief of Staff

Calvin McDaniel is the Chief of Staff for the National Alliance for Care at Home where he focuses on Board of Director and industry relations, as well as management of the Executive office. Most recently, Calvin served as Senior Director of Government Affairs for the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC).
