National Alliance for Care at Home Foundation (the Foundation) is a program of the National Alliance for Care at Home (the Alliance). The Foundation is committed to solidifying and expanding the future of care at home by investing in research, education, and initiatives that support an America where everyone has access to the highest quality, person-centered healthcare wherever they call home.

Our History

The Foundation expands upon a longstanding tradition of fundraising and support across the Alliance’s legacy organizations. In addition to continuing to fund research that moves the industry forward, the efforts of the National Hospice Foundation (NHF) – the Alliance’s philanthropic arm for those facing serious illness, death, and grief – will continue on through the Foundation, now in an expanded capacity servicing the full care at home continuum. The evolution brings the mission of the Foundation into alignment with the Alliance’s broader community.
