State Association Membership
About
State Association Members are organizations that represent Provider Members and providers that would be eligible to become Provider Members of the Alliance across a certain state. To become a State Association Member, the organization must subscribe to the mission, vision, and standards of the Alliance and have at least three Alliance Provider Members.
