State Association Members shall consist of state organizations that represent Provider Members and providers that would be eligible to become Provider Members in the Alliance, provided that such state organization subscribes to the mission, vision and standards of the Alliance, and has at least three (3) Association Provider Members.

State Association Members are members of the Alliance’s Assembly of State Associations (ASA). The Alliance serves as a strategic partner to ASA members.
