About the 2025 Summer Conference | Chicago, IL | July 27-29, 2025

The 2025 Summer Conference, in partnership with the Home Care and Hospice Financial Managers Association (HHFMA), builds on the success of our legacy Annual Leadership Conference and Financial Management Conference, incorporating valuable member feedback. There is a clear desire for tailored opportunities for executive leaders to connect, collaborate, and engage.

The Summer Conference will retain the best elements of our legacy programming while introducing expanded programming specifically designed for executive leaders to tackle pressing challenges, share best practices, and foster meaningful connections. The conference is a unique opportunity to strengthen the care-at-home leadership community, advance professional growth, and prepare for the future.

Who Should Attend?

This conference is designed for executive leaders and aspiring leaders in the home health, palliative care, hospice, and private duty home care sectors, including:

  • Aspiring Leaders
  • Business Development Professionals
  • C-Suite Officers (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO)
  • Compliance, Quality, and Regulatory Professionals
  • Financial and Billing Managers
  • Presidents, Executive Directors, and Administrators
  • State Association Leaders

Continuing Education 

The National Alliance for Care at Home is jointly accredited by Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). The Alliance plans to offer the following credits:

  • Interprofessional
  • Nurse
  • Physician

We will also seek continuing education credits with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). Credit hours will be determined based on the educational program.

Educational Programming
The HHFMA Workgroup is developing a variety of educational sessions. A call for speakers will open in early 2025. Tracks include: home health, hospice, leadership, Medicaid, private duty, and innovation.

Foundation
Plans are underway for a fundraising event to support the National Alliance for Care at Home Foundation. Alliance members can explore grant opportunities with the Foundation as part of their member benefits.

Home Care and Hospice Financial Managers Association
HHFMA is a professional organization that brings together individuals who work for consulting, planning, management, financial or CPA firms along with the Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers and Chief Executive Officers who are employed by the nation’s 25,000 home care agencies and hospices.
