National Alliance for Care at Home Advocacy Week

September 8 – 11, 2025 | Washington, DC

The 2025 Alliance Advocacy Week builds on the success of our legacy “March on Washington” and legacy “Hospice Action Week” fly-ins, incorporating valuable feedback from our members. This year, we’re responding to the growing desire for tailored opportunities for advocates across the care continuum to connect and engage. Meeting in person with legislative staff is one of the most effective ways to advocate for change—and the Alliance is ready to connect our members with these opportunities at our fall fly-in.

While retaining key elements of our legacy programming, the event will feature expanded sessions on advocacy and policy initiatives. It provides a unique opportunity for care at home advocates and leaders to unite and speak with one voice on Capitol Hill. Hosted in Washington, D.C., the event offers a critical platform to address the policy and regulatory challenges facing the community. These efforts will shape the future of care, ensuring broader access to the life-changing benefits of care at home services for all Americans in the years ahead.
