About the 2025 Fall Conference | New Orleans, LA | November 2 – 4, 2025

The 2025 Fall Conference builds on the success of our legacy Interdisciplinary Conference and Home Care and Hospice Conference and Expo, incorporating valuable member feedback. This year, we are responding to the growing desire for tailored opportunities for care teams to connect, collaborate, and engage.

The conference will retain key elements of our legacy programming while introducing expanded sessions for interdisciplinary team leaders and departmental leadership. The Alliance is committed to helping care-at-home teams find practical solutions to the complexities they face and providing actionable insights for delivering high-quality, evidence-based, compassionate care.

Additionally, experience the largest industry expo with over 150 leading companies. Engage in one-on-one consultations, network with peers, and gain insights into emerging trends. This is your opportunity to connect with industry leaders and shape the future of care at home.

This conference is designed for home health, palliative care, hospice and private duty home care interdisciplinary team leads, including:

Continuing Education

The National Alliance for Care at Home is jointly accredited by Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). The Alliance plans to offer the following credits:

  • Interprofessional
  • Nurse
  • Physician

Credit hours will be determined based on the educational program.

Educational Programming

The call for proposal will open in late spring 2025.

Conference topics include: advancing the care continuum, organizational performance improvement, organizational leadership development, delivering quality care, and policy, advocacy, regulatory, and compliance

Most conference activities will take place at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
