This presentation will provide an in-depth review of the Home Health Face-to-Face (F2F) encounter requirements under the CY 2026 Final Rule. Participants will learn about recent regulatory changes impacting agencies, practical steps for compliance, and strategies to reduce claim denials. Lisa McClammy, BSN, RN, COS-C, HCS-D, HCS-O, is a Senior Clinical Education Consultant with MAC Legacy, bringing over 28 years of diverse nursing experience. Her extensive clinical and regulatory expertise in home care provides a strong foundation for helping agencies achieve compliance and drive quality improvement. Lisa provides consulting and education on a wide range of topics, including OASIS, Review Choice Demonstration (RCD), Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP), mock surveys, clinical audits, and regulatory compliance. She serves on the Advisory Board and the HCS-O Exam Committee for the Association of Home Care Coding & Compliance (AHCC), and is a certified consultant with both Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) and Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).
