Series Description
Quality Hospices and Home Health Providers are getting caught between the government and the targets of its aggressive anti-fraud efforts. In this three-part webinar series, which also serves as a preview of a more in-depth treatment at the Alliance’s upcoming Annual Meeting & Exposition, Alliance partner Husch Blackwell and its Hospice, Home Health, and Palliative Care Team break down the information that is essential to every provider’s compliance efforts. The series starts with an examination of conditions of payment and conditions of participation and their role in defining compliance priorities and pushing back against government overreach. Next, the series delves into CMS’s enhanced enforcement tactics and how providers can prepare and respond. Finally, we turn to the focus of most government inquiries—medical record review—and strategies for success that providers can employ.
