Description
The National Alliance for Care at Home Manager Development Program (MDP) equips rising leaders across the care‑at‑home continuum with the essential management skills needed to navigate today’s rapidly evolving environment. This high‑level webinar introduces participants to the program’s three‑tiered learning pathway; Foundational coursework, virtual skill‑building modules, and assessment‑driven development; while highlighting how the MDP strengthens leadership capacity, improves team performance, and supports consistent, high‑quality care delivery.
Learning Outcomes:1. Participants will be able to navigate the three developmental levels of the MDP and how each stage builds core competencies for care‑at‑home leadership.
2.Participants will be able to understand how the program enhances managerial effectiveness, strengthens operational decision‑making, and supports leaders in managing people, systems, and change.
3.Participants will be able to articulate how the MDP’s expert‑led, asynchronous learning model can be leveraged to improve team performance, staff engagement, and care outcomes within their own organizations.
