Patrick M. Harrison is the Senior Director of Regulatory and Compliance with the National Alliance for Care at Home, with over 15 years in the healthcare field focusing on policy, regulation, and advocacy.
Harrison previously served as health policy director for a health policy and reimbursement consulting firm, where he oversaw the firm’s health services division for clients generating billions in annual revenue and provided strategic guidance on regulatory, compliance and reimbursement issues. Prior to his consulting role, Harrison served as senior director of post-acute care with the Healthcare Association of Hawaii, where he provided leadership to drive strategic plans for the association’s home health, hospice, and other post-acute care members. He also worked in various roles at a skilled nursing facility, where he managed many regulatory and legislative initiatives, and engaged extensively with clinicians, residents, and families to improve care coordination and outcomes.
Harrison earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law and his baccalaureate degree in anthropology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
