Hillary Loeffler is a nationally recognized leader in health policy, regulation, and innovation bringing deep expertise and frontline experience to today’s most pressing issues facing home-based care. As Vice President of Policy & Regulatory Affairs at the National Alliance for Care at Home, she serves as a leading voice for the care at home community, driving forward-thinking policy and regulatory solutions.
With an extensive public service career, Hillary has held senior roles across the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), including Director of the Home Health & Hospice Division and Senior Advisor in the Office of Legislation. She was instrumental in shaping Medicare policy and advising on major CMS Innovation Center models from inside one of the nation’s most influential health care agencies.
Hillary has also served as Senior Health Policy Advisor for the U.S. House Committee on Ways and Means and as a Senior Health Care Analyst at the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Her unique experience across legislative and executive branches positions her as a powerful voice on the future of health care delivery, policy, and the intersection of innovation and regulation.
