The Alliance Launches Data Work Group to Advance Private Duty Home Care Insights

The National Alliance for Care at Home’s Private Duty Home Care (PDHC) Advisory Council is pleased to announce the formation of a Data Work Group! Operating as part of the PDHC Advisory Council, this initiative aims to quantify the positive impact of home care on clients and families, establish key benchmarks for home care quality, and generate data to support advocacy efforts for the personal home care/private duty sector.
To build a strong foundation, the group will launch a pilot program with five to eight private duty home care providers who will track a core set of metrics over the course of a year. Data will be submitted quarterly – without any client or patient identifiers – and reviewed with participants every three months. The Data Work Group Chair will anonymize, analyze, and share the findings with participants and the PDHC Advisory Council.
Join the Initiative!
We are seeking dedicated providers to participate in this pilot by committing to data submission on a quarterly basis for 12 months, beginning in April 2025. Additionally, we welcome members who are passionate about data-driven advocacy to join the Data Work Group and help shape the future of quality measurement in private duty home care.
This initiative is an exclusive benefit of Alliance membership and an opportunity to contribute to the advancement of the industry while gaining valuable insights for your own organization.
