Telehealth Fight Goes On

• Temporary Win for Telehealth Flexibilities, Fight Continues

On December 20, 2024 telehealth flexibilities for hospice and home care were temporarily extended by Congress until March 31, 2025. Our fight continues to ensure telehealth remains an option for providers. Unless Congress extends or makes permanent these telehealth flexibilities, patients and providers risk losing access after March 31.

We encourage members to use the Alliance Action Center directory to find your legislators’ social media accounts, and tag them with the following sample message: “@____, Please support legislation to make telehealth flexibilities permanent. Without action, patients and providers will lose access to essential services after 3/31/2025. #TelehealthMatters.” “
