Southeast Home Health

SoutheastHEALTH offers both in-home and hospice care through Southeast Home Health and Southeast Hospice. Both services are not-for-profit agencies that are Medicare certified, Medicaid approved, Certified by the State of Missouri and accredited by The Joint Commission.

Southeast Home Health

Southeast Home Health has been serving patients in southeast Missouri for more than 20 years. Our team of registered nurses, home health aides, physical, occupational and speech therapists, medical social workers and nutrition counselors are available to help meet patients’ and families’ special needs at home.

Southeast Hospice

Southeast Hospice offers a special approach in caring for individuals who are on a journey through life’s final stages. Since 1986, when SoutheastHEALTH introduced the concept of Hospice care to the region, Southeast Hospice has provided loving, caring support for terminally ill patients of all ages and their families.

Building Blocks

The Building Blocks/Nurse-family Partnership program improves the health, well-being and self-sufficiency of low income, first-time parents and their children.
