FY 2026 Medicare Hospice Proposed Rule Expected Soon

The FY 2026 Medicare Hospice Wage Index and Payment Rate proposed rule, along with all other Medicare FY payment rules, has completed review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), which means the proposed rule will soon be released to the Federal Register. The Alliance is closely monitoring these developments and we are preparing the best and most fulsome analysis of the Rule and what it means for your organization. Stay tuned for that analysis in Alliance Daily and Alliance Weekly as soon as possible after the Rule is released.

In addition, the Alliance will be holding a webinar to review provisions of the proposed rule. Originally scheduled for April 10, the webinar will be rescheduled to align with the actual release date. Further details will be provided soon.
