Perry Yuzon is the Founder and CEO of Ona Care Technologies Inc., leveraging over a decade of experience in home care operations and workforce management. Perry began his career as a caregiver at Guardian Home Care, gaining first hand insight into the daily challenges caregivers face. He then transitioned into a care coordinator role, where he managed caregiver schedules and client needs, deepening his understanding of workforce planning. Eventually, he transitioned to administrator and recruiter, overseeing hiring and retention strategies to build a high-performing caregiver team.

Through these experiences, Perry saw the critical gaps in caregiver recruitment, retention, and staffing efficiency that limited agency growth. Recognizing the need for scalable hiring solutions, he founded Ona to streamline the process of sourcing and pre-vetting caregivers, helping agencies reduce hiring times, lower costs, and improve retention. His passion for optimizing home care staffing continues to drive Ona’s innovations.

With nearly 30 years of nursing experience, Candyce Slusher has been dedicated to serving the geriatric population since 1995 and specializing in non-medical home care since 2004. As the founder of Slusher Consulting, she has helped over 60 new home care agencies launch and supported more than 300 existing agencies in Texas with policy development, operations management, compliance, marketing, and leadership training. A former home care agency owner herself, Candyce has successfully built, operated, and sold two agencies. She is recognized for her expertise in regulatory compliance, workflow optimization, and fostering a culture of accountability. In addition to her consulting work, Candyce is a national public speaker, sharing insights on home care operations, compliance, and work-life balance. She is passionate about improving home care businesses, ensuring quality care, and helping agencies thrive.
