The Inclusion and Access Toolkit was created by the Alliance Diversity Advisory Council to give you tools and resources to create an inclusive organization. Some foundations of inclusive care are described in each section to help you better understand the needs of your unique communities. This toolkit includes suggestions based on the experiences of hospice providers in many settings throughout the United States. A diverse range of populations reflecting many variables are highlighted.

The Alliance Diversity Advisory Council created Culturally Sensitive Communications to Enhance Care Delivery: A Resource Guide for Healthcare Professionals to offer linguistic considerations to support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in health, hospice, and palliative care.

Project ECHO
Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is an innovative tele-mentoring program designed to create virtual communities of learners by bringing together healthcare providers and subject matter experts using videoconference technology, brief lecture presentations, and case-based learning, fostering an “all learn, all teach” approach and democratization of knowledge.
