Mary Carr, RN, Vice President for Regulatory Affairs
Mary Carr serves as the Vice President for Regulatory Affairs at the National Alliance for Care at Home (Alliance), where she leads the organization’s efforts to keep its members informed and engaged with federal regulations and initiatives affecting the home health care industry. In this role, she acts as a key liaison with federal agencies, most notably the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), as well as with other stakeholders to advocate for practical and effective home health care policies.
With over 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs and more than 35 years as a registered nurse, Mary is widely recognized as an expert in federal home health care regulations. Her extensive background spans acute care, managed care, and home health settings, providing her with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the healthcare continuum. Prior to her current position, she served as the Alliance’s Director of Regulatory Affairs.
Mary’s commitment to advancing sound regulatory policy has made her a respected voice in the home health care community nationwide.
